We at Soca Empire are committed to protecting the rights of all our customers and patrons at the various Carnivals across the Caribbean and the Americas(including wherever we operate) As a result, please be guided by the following policies:
No Shows-
Except for the unfortunate instance of death, hospitalization, imprisonment or serious illness (certified by a medical doctor or other competent authority within the jurisdiction of origin; Persons failing to arrive at the Airport or be present at the designated location for transport pickups at the agreed call times, have confirmed their forfeiture of all monies paid for the missed event/activity/package or their portion in the case of group reservations. Soca Empire will not be held liable nor required to refund those monies as identified above.
