Please note, some of our partners and vendors may have individual return policies, in these cases, we seek to highlight these policies where applicable before purchases are confirmed.
Carnivals are location based and as a result, shipping (whether through courier or via our direct service) can only occur in the country of the specific Carnival. If you reside outside of the market in which you purchase a package for, we will make the necessary arrangements to ensure either the timely delivery or collection of your package on arrival to the market of the selected events. We will make every effort to ensure all of our members are properly dispatched through engagement with our partners and vendors.
